Written Letter
Keeping in contact with our many advertisers and supporters through written letter is a very high priority for us. Nine supporters giving $20 per month would cover postage, paper supplies and copier expenses for this ministry.
Broadcast Inspection
One of the benefits of our membership with the Nebraska Broadcasters Association is a voluntary inspection to correct any areas of non-compliance with FCC regulations. The fee for this inspect is far less than fines that would be levied by the FCC.
One supporter giving $10 per month would cover this fee.
Appreciation
We’re often blessed by those who give of their time and talents. We like to show appreciation for people who bless us with a little gift.
One supporter giving $25 per month would help us recognize these kind acts.
Computer Software
Without certain software programs, it would be difficult, if not impossible, to produce certain in-house programming, prepare for our annual listener-appreciation banquet and schedule our advertisers’ radio commercials.
Four supporters giving $22 per month would help us pay for this software.
Tower Lights
We are required to visually inspect our tower lights once every 24 hours. Internet service and some needed equipment at our tower location will allow us to inspect the lights remotely, cutting costs associated with this expense.
Now, 5 supporters giving $11 per month can help us cover the fee for this service.
This expense is fully funded through Aug. 2022.
Tax Preparation
Most people can handle filing their own taxes, but when it comes to filing tax returns for this ministry, we hire professional help.
Four supporters giving just $16 per month would cover this expense.
Computer Equipment
Two computers control much of what is heard on Hope Radio. These computers also make it possible for us to broadcast our programs 24/7/365. These computers have a life expectancy of around 7 years. Replacing this equipment every 7 years would require the ministry to save approximately $72 each month.
Four supporters giving $18 per month would help us save the needed funds to replace these computers.
Nebraska Broadcasters Association
Membership in the Nebraska Broadcasters Association comes with many benefits including legal alerts regarding FCC regulations, FCC filing deadlines, training seminars covering a wide spectrum of broadcast related issues as well as representation before lawmakers just to name a few.
One supporter giving $25 per month pays the membership dues for this ministry.
Staff Wages
Compensating the members of our team is an important priority of this ministry. Jesus said, "...the laborer is worthy of his wages..." (Luke 10:7)
421 supporters giving $35 per month makes it possible for us to show this hard-working team how much we appreciate them.
