Emmanuel Congregational Church located at, 4100 Avenue B in Scottsbluff will be having a Soup luncheon on Saturday, February 17th from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm feature chili or noodle soup and butterballs, cinnamon rolls and drink for $8.00. They will also take orders for pick up.
