The public is invited to the FCA Panhandle Legacy Dinner featuring guest-speaker, Neal Jeffrey, former All-American quarterback at Baylor and quarterback for the San Diego Chargers who learned the meaning of overcoming early in life as a stutterer who “had to get through what he couldn’t get over”. Today, he is one of America’s most powerful and passionate communicators and serves as a speaking/teaching minister in Dallas, Texas.
